Experienced technology executive brings deep expertise in large-scale transformation, operational delivery and travel technology
Accelya, a leading global provider of airline technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Dolly Wagner-Wilkins to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.
Wagner-Wilkins joins Accelya at a significant moment for the business as the company continues to support airlines in modernizing retailing, operations and financial processes across Offer, Order, Settlement and Delivery for both passenger and cargo.

An experienced technology executive, Wagner-Wilkins brings deep expertise in leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise technology operations across the airline, transportation and logistics sectors. She most recently served as Chief Technology Officer of the WWEX Group, where she led the company’s technology strategy, product development, IT operations and corporate systems, delivering innovative solutions and supporting business growth.
Prior to the WWEX Group, Wagner-Wilkins held senior leadership roles at Sabre, where she led large software development and delivery teams, oversaw global operations, and drove engineering and product marketing initiatives across complex, high-volume systems serving the airline industry.
With more than three decades of experience, Wagner-Wilkins has built a strong reputation for guiding organizations through transformational change, scaling technology platforms, and aligning technology strategy with commercial objectives. She currently advises technology organizations through Wagner-Wilkins Consulting and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
“Dolly is a deeply capable and highly respected industry leader who brings a powerful combination of airline technology experience, operational discipline and leadership in large-scale transformation,” said Sam Gilliland, CEO of Accelya. “She has led complex technology organizations in high-volume, mission-critical environments and understands what it takes to build, deliver and operate at scale. Her perspective will be highly valuable as Accelya continues to grow and support airlines through a period of significant industry technology change.”
“Accelya is increasingly recognized in the industry as a serious and credible alternative to incumbent technology providers at a time when airlines are rethinking the foundations of their technology landscape,” said Dolly Wagner-Wilkins. “Airlines are looking for partners with deep industry knowledge, demonstrated delivery capability and the ability to support long-term change at scale. I am delighted to join the Board and bring my experience to support Accelya as it continues to help airlines modernize, improve resilience and deliver better business outcomes.”
Wagner-Wilkins’ role was sourced through the external board program operated by Vista Equity Partners, a global technology investor that specializes in enterprise software and is a majority investor in Accelya. Launched in 2017, the board program leverages Vista’s ecosystem and additional resources to identify, train and appoint qualified board candidates for its portfolio companies. The program works to create a pipeline of highly talented board candidates through programs and partnerships that will help drive results for the corporate world at large.
