Accelya Appoints Dasha Kuksenko as Chief Sales Officer as Modern Airline Retailing Transformation Accelerates

Windsor, UK – April 27, 2026

New Chief Sales Officer brings deep airline digital transformation expertise to support Accelya’s global commercial growth

Accelya, a leading global provider of airline retailing and technology solutions, today announced the appointment of Dasha Kuksenko as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Reporting to Andrew Wilcock, Chief Commercial Officer, Kuksenko will lead Accelya’s global sales organization, as airlines accelerate their transition to Modern Airline Retailing through the FLX ONE platform.

Kuksenko has spent her career at the intersection of airline strategy, technology and commercial transformation, starting her journey at Emirates Airline. As Regional Vice President at Sabre Corporation, she led commercial operations across 19 countries in Asia Pacific, working with carriers including Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and Japan Airlines. She later founded and led a venture-backed travel technology startup, developing entrepreneurial expertise navigating early-stage growth before joining Comply365 as Vice President, Global Sales, where she unified a global commercial organization across multiple acquisitions. Holding an MBA and a Master’s in Computer Science, alongside a Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program qualification, Kuksenko also mentors the next generation of founders through HBS’s entrepreneurship community.

“Dasha brings exactly the qualities our customers tell us they value most, deep industry fluency, genuine curiosity about their business, and the intellectual honesty to understand what transformation really looks like inside an airline,” said Andrew Wilcock, Chief Commercial Officer of Accelya. “She has spent her career working alongside some of the world’s leading carriers on genuinely complex transformation programmes, and she understands what it takes to make them succeed. Airlines aren’t looking for vendors; they’re looking for partners who will sit on their side of the table and help them navigate one of the most significant shifts the industry has seen in decades. Dasha does exactly that, and I’m delighted to welcome her to the team.”

“The shift to Modern Airline Retailing is one of the most significant commercial transformations the industry has seen, and Accelya is at the center of it,” said Dasha Kuksenko. “My goal is to listen and advocate for our customers, making sure every conversation we have creates real value for them.”

Based in Windsor, Dasha will represent Accelya at upcoming industry forums including GBTA (August 2026), the World Aviation Forum (October 2026), and the IATA World Passenger Symposium (October 2026).
