Today, Accelya, a leading global provider of technology solutions to the air transport industry, announced that Avianca Airlines, Latin America’s second-largest carrier, has selected Accelya´s FLX Platform for Order Accounting.
The solution comprises the latest version of Accelya’s Order Accounting technology with a managed service offering. The combination of flexible technical capabilities and financial expertise delivers accurate financial accounting and cash flow management with minimal overhead. In addition, the solution will enable Avianca to meet current revenue accounting demands while supporting the transition to a retail-centric world of offers and orders.
With Accelya’s Order Accounting solution, Avianca can simplify its passenger revenue accounting activities, improve process efficiency, and devise successful competitive strategies. The solution also enables Avianca to access and analyze data aggregated from across the organization through a single system for more informed business decisions.
