Accelya Launches FLX ONE Vision: Real-Time Order Intelligence for Faster More Informed Airline Retail and Servicing Decisions

New AI-powered capability gives airlines a real-time view of Orders, turning complex data into instant insight across sales, operations, and servicing. Already in pilot with multiple airlines, the solution is recognized in analyst T2RL’s First View report for delivering “immediate, demonstrable wins while laying the groundwork for more ambitious capabilities.”

Powered by Accelya’s FLX AIViator AI platform, FLX ONE Vision analyses millions of Order events for each airline in real time, surfacing clear, usable insights. Airlines can see purchasing patterns in real time, to adjust offers and bundles accordingly. Operational teams gain early visibility into potential issues and can act before they affect passengers and revenue. 

In its First View report, independent research firm T2RL describes Accelya’s approach as “pragmatic,” noting that its long experience in Order creation and management gives it a unique understanding of airline retailing data and operations.

The solution will be featured at IATA’s WPS and WFS in Istanbul. Currently in beta, airlines piloting the capability are already using live Order visibility to uncover both operational issues and commercial opportunities in real time. Early use cases include detecting erroneous fares that would otherwise take days to investigate, identifying premium bookings not tied to loyalty accounts, and monitoring service activities such as waitlists or special requests. Together, these examples show how FLX ONE Vision turns Order data into practical insight that helps airlines respond faster and serve customers better.
