Accelya integrates AI into Sales Audit to accelerate airline revenue recovery

London, UK – August 27, 2025

With FLX AIViator, Accelya’s AI layer, over 60% of missed revenue is identified earlier within the audit cycle, enabling airlines to recover revenue in weeks instead of months.

Accelya, global leader in airline technology, today announces the integration of AI capabilities into its Sales Audit solution. With FLX AIViator integrated, Sales Audit can now identify over 60% of missed revenue, earlier within the audit cycle, enabling airlines to recover revenue in weeks instead of months.

Launched earlier this year, FLX AIViator is Accelya’s AI intelligence layer now embedded across FLX ONE and Accelya foundation platform solutions. Within airline finance, we already have Ask Accelya, a virtual finance assistant that streamlines query resolution within Accelya’s Revenue Accounting solution. Now in pilot with multiple airlines, it operates 24/7, cuts resolution times by up to 10%, and has achieved a 100% recommendation rate.

“Our customers are already benefiting from practical AI capabilities being rolled out across our Settlement Solutions portfolio,” said Joshi Anthony, Chief Technology Officer for Settlement Solutions at Accelya. “With AI now embedded in Sales Audit, airlines can detect revenue leakage earlier, recover cash faster, and strengthen compliance.”

New AI features in Sales Audit

Trusted by over 70 airlines and responsible for recovering more than $150 million annually, Accelya’s Sales Audit solution now includes:

  • Accelerated Audits: Continuous anomaly detection and monitoring to shorten the audit-to-recovery cycle.
  • Faster Recoveries: 60% of missed revenue is now identified earlier within the audit cycle.
  • Hybrid Intelligence: Combines AI automation with expert human oversight to ensure audit integrity and quality control of ADMs (Agency Debit Memos) to market
  • Adaptive Algorithms: Machine learning models continuously improve detection accuracy.
  • Scalable Architecture: Designed to handle growing transaction volumes and uncover recurring patterns using historical data.

FLX AIViator is built for flexibility, enabling airlines to plug in their own AI models, work with their preferred vendor ecosystem, and retain full control over their strategy and technology roadmap. Operating at enterprise scale, FLX AIViator supports critical processes such as pricing updates, order servicing, cargo forecasts, and customer interactions – delivering the real-time intelligence airlines need to manage complexity, unlock revenue, and move with speed and confidence.
