Accelya, a leading global provider of technology solutions to the travel industry, has appointed former SAP executive Adrian Nash as its new Chief Product Officer.
Based in London, Adrian will lead the company’s product organization and UX research team, and will work closely with the technology divisions to build cloud-native solutions for airlines. He will report to Accelya’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, Tim Reiz.
With nearly two decades of experience in software development and consultancy, Adrian joins Accelya from SAP, where he was Global Vice-President, Head of Loyalty & Strategy for the SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX) portfolio. Prior to that, he was Vice-President of Product for Gigya, and later SAP Customer Data Cloud after the SAP acquisition and was instrumental in bringing the company’s customer data platform to market.
Adrian’s vast experience in developing core end-to-end processes stems from his years leading professional services teams for companies such as IBM, Gigya, Tealeaf (acquired by IBM), and Alterian. In his early career, Adrian was a web application developer at various start-up development companies, before making the move to professional services.
