Coupons claim & checking
We match all the refunds with the physical coupons (when required) and obtain any missing coupons from the agents prior to authorising a refund.
Exhaustive refund controls
Standard refund checks are performed against sold, flown, exchanged, lost, stolen and already refunded coupons before starting the authorization. Checking against Default Agencies is also performed. Ad hoc checks can be carried out on the airline request.
