The airline extends partnership with Accelya for its industry leading sales audit services
Barcelona, 12 November, 2013: Accelya, the leading provider of financial and business intelligence solutions to the Airline industry, today announced that TAP, the national carrier and leading airline of Portugal, has extended contract with Accelya for full ticket lifecycle audit services. TAP is an existing customer of Accelya’s sales audit services. The extended scope now also includes PNR Audit and Revalidation Audit.

Accelya’s end-to-end sales audit services will enable TAP to:
- Identify and plug revenue leakages across the passenger journey by covering not only the ticketing, but also the booking and any changes throughout the journey
- Ensure that the agents comply with airline ticketing, booking and revalidation policies
- Monitor and control travel agent errors and commercial practices to maximise recoveries from the identified leakages
Speaking on the occasion Artur Farinha, Sales Audit Business Manager, Accelya said, “We are happy with the trust shown in us by TAP.
