Barcelona, Mumbai, 31st March, 2017: Accelya, the leading provider of financial and commercial solutions to the Airline and Travel industry, recently concluded the 7th User Meet for their Revenue Accounting solution, REVERA. The Meet was held between 20th to 22nd March, 2017 in Rome, Italy and was attended by customer airlines of REVERA.
REVERA User Meet is an annual event for REVERA customers to come together to learn and share experiences, best practices and feedback on REVERA product and services. During the User Meet, Accelya experts shared REVERA product vision, strategy and roadmap. Along with the demonstration of the new features of REVERA PRA and REVERA CRA, the impact of industry changes on the product were also discussed. Some of the other key topics covered during the meet were strategy adopted by airlines to manage their loyalty programs and how to evaluate interline contribution using focused KPIs.
Along with the User Meet, the REVERA SPG (Strategic Product Group) Board – a voluntary and elected body of senior Revenue Accounting representatives from REVERA customer airlines – met to discuss the strategic direction for REVERA. It is a step towards achieving customer satisfaction and bringing in complete transparency. REVERA SPG was recently recognized at ITSMA Marketing Excellence Award 2016 for innovation in customer collaboration.
The SPG board shared the initiatives and outcome of their meeting during the REVERA User Meet.
The event concluded with Accelya felicitating its customers for their contribution to REVERA product and services.
