(08/13/06) Delta Air Lines and Accelya sign Global Agreement for Ticket Auditing Services

Accelya recently signed Delta Air Lines as a global customer for its Sales Audit Services. The agreement is for Accelya to perform full audit services for Delta's third-party ticketing locations worldwide. 

The agreement will help Delta ensure consistency of ticketing across all of its agencies, ultimately improving the customer experience. 

Delta chose Accelya after a careful decision-making process that included exhaustive tests on the quality of the audits from participating suppliers. 

Accelya demonstrated expertise in the superior test results and overall service flexibility and adaptability. These aspects were key to ensuring Delta partnered with a worldwide leader in auditing services.
