(04/20/07) Accelya and Iberia Sign Global eSMASH Agreement
Accelya and Iberia have recently signed a global deal for Iberia to acquire quick and easy access to its ticketed destinations, while obtaining precise information on its position in the local markets through eSMASH, Accelya's Business Intelligence service. This agreement involves licences for the airline in 24 different countries around the world.
eSMASH will become a reliable supporting tool for Iberia's management to decide on commercial strategies and will help to identify additional revenue opportunities. By implementing this service, Iberia will be able to successfully negotiate and improve its profitability, develop and implement its marketing strategy, obtain strategic data and ease the coordination of its worldwide sales force.
The system offers a wide range of options and enhancement modules that should provide a global vision of Iberia's performance, and even includes the tickets' origin and destination data.
This deal comes to reinforce the position of eSMASH as the Airline Industry preferred Business Intelligence service, now with over 100 airline customers all around the globe.
