(02/11/08) APRR company: paperless invoicing as innovative offer
11th February 2008: APRR (Autoroutes Paris Rhin-Rhône), 4th European and 2nd French leading motorway company, chooses Accelya -a major BPO service provider with more than 30 years expertise- and its Clear' Invoice service, to offer electronic invoicing to their corporate customers. Objective: create a competitive advantage in an innovative offer.
In 2005, the French motorway company Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhône (APRR) decided to target their corporate accounts and partners, which are primarily businesses with large vehicle fleets and long-term rental companies, with a new offer. These customers are the real drive behind the Télépéage Liber-t toll card system, which provides access to all motor ways, and to designated Télépéage lines to allow them to travel more quickly and comfortably. One of APRR’s objectives is to continually provide its customers with added services and help them to streamline their invoicing process. The first choice for improving their offer was to provide electronic invoicing.
Therefore, APRR has enlisted the services of Accelya, a leading company in paperless invoicing, and has chosen its Clear' Invoice offer. “It was essential to us to be able to meet our customers’ needs; Accelya and its Clear' Invoice solution attracted us with its flexibility and adaptability. The compelling proposal and the responsiveness of the Accelya teams were also deciding factors in our choice; we needed a partner that could not only identify complex customer demands, but also meet them by setting up a customized paperless invoice system", explained Marjorie Pillet, manager of APRR’s corporate accounts and partners.
Most of APRR’s corporate accounts have special invoicing requests. Accelya therefore proposes customized invoicing that provides fast electronic delivery of invoices that have been formatted to customers’ requirements.
With the Clear' Invoice offer from Accelya, APRR has automated its delivery of invoices and reports to corporate account customers. It is also offering the rental companies and major accounts with high volumes of flows a catalogue of services, which will allow them to automate exchanges with Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhône. This catalogue includes services for managing accounts, ordering and managing Télépéage toll booth badges, and supplying invoices or any other report type document in electronic format. “For APRR, paperless invoicing has a real added value. It gives our offer a real competitive edge in a sector where electronic invoicing is not very widespread, and thus increases our performance and that of our customers", states Marjorie Pillet.
