Copa Airlines has signed an agreement with Accelya regarding eSMASH Services for its offices in several countries.
eSMASH is a Marketing & Sales management service that help Airlines to efficiently track the performance of its travel agents, providing quick and easy access to ticketed destinations and airlines position in the market.
Copa Airlines is one of the main passenger and cargo airlines in Latin America and the most important airline in Panama. Also, it has the youngest fleet and offers at present 116 daily flights to 40 different destinations in 21 countries, covering North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean.
